Multi vendor VPN Client

Does anyone know a mulit-vendor VPN client that supports L2TP/IPSec VPN
(Windows) and Cisco and Checkpoint VPN Gateways (via IPSec Tunnel Mode).

Windows (2000/XP) cand do by itself L2TP/PPPT, all you need is to
configure the endpoint firewall/concentrator to accept l2tp/pppt
connections (and iirc, the builtin windows client can route traffic over
that vpn)

Yes, thats clear. The problem is, that I have to use IPSec in Tunnel Mode
VPN....
