Anyone know if Wanadoo provide multiple mailboxes with their broadband
packages?

Or is it only <anything>@<username><isp name> ?

If not, any recommendations for a 3rd party provider of such?

They do use the format above, but you can operate them as seperate POP
accounts if you wish. However, there is one caveat, they all share you
original account and password, and I found problems with connecting to
each account. Only Eudora seemed capable of dealing with this as it
waits for commands from the server before going onto the next. Other
mail clients may bring up an error saying that the account is in use
already.

This of course is only a problem if you use a single computer and check
all the accounts at the same time.

Yes, from memory. Some ISPs offer a clunky 'retrieve for a specific
(E-Mail Removed)ame ' option, but few provide truly separate mailboxes,
AFAIK. You know Plus.Net does, and in the past, BTO/BTI offered a small
number of separate POP mailboxes which could be accessed by web interface.

Better to put a domain on hosting that allows forwarding / POP / webmail
so you aren't limited to smallish numbers of mailboxes. Reseller accounts
allow you to set up limits for each hosted domain, some panels make this
easier to manage than others. An end user feature so once you've told
them how, there's little/no need for you to touch it IMO. Peter M.
