mstsc /console doesn't work- blank screen

We have a few 64 bit Enterprise Windows 2003 servers that mstsc /console
does not work. You log in and the screen just stays blank. You can log in
under a normal
mstsc login.

We are running SP2.

Silly maybe; but have you tried disabling the screen blanker?
