MSSOAP w/Windows 2003 x64 Bit Edition

Can MSSOAP 3.0 be used with Windows Server 2003 64-Bit Edition? When
attempt to access a web page from a server that requires MSSOAP to b
installed on the server, I am receiving the following error message:


Microsoft VBScript Runtime Error '800a01ad'

ActiveX component can't create object: "MSSOAP.SOAPClient30"

If anyone has any information it would be greatly appreciated.
