msnp32.dll missing --no CD ROM

I bought an older PC with WIN98 installed. Somehow I lost
the msnp32.dll and it affects the booting process. In MS
KB there is an article that tells how to install it from
the CD ROM but I don't have one. Can I get it from
somewhere online? thank you.

See if you have the Windows setup files (search for a folder containing
several dozen files that begin with WIN98 and end with the letters CAB) on
your hard drive, if you do you can tell the driver installer to look there
for the files it needs.
