MSBNUtil.exe

No matter how I launch this I get:
Visual C++ Runtime Library abnormal program termination.
Re-installing's no help; I suspect it's a "service" I've
disabled but I don't know which one.

Answered my own question - it's WINDOWBLINDS that does
this AND simply setting it to IGNORE (not skin)
MSBNUtil.exe (specify by name)fixes the problem. No
reloading/re-booting needed.

If you are using any skinning software or ATI's hydravision or NVidia's
NView, try disabling it and see if that fixes the problem.

Those apps are known to interfere with msbnutil.exe running.
