MS Wireless-B and -G routers: New firmware?

I see there's new firmware for both the -B and the -G routers.

I own both but went back to the -B because of problems with the -G. I
see one feature of the firmware upgrade is to fix a PPPoE problem on
the -G. Does the fix make it worth going back to the -G? I don't
need loopback support but I do need the connection (Sympatico HSE) to
stay up.

Also, I'm trying to make my VOIP phone system work behind the router.
It works in front but it means the VOIP has to be coded with the PPPoE
settings and I'd prefer to have the router do that and let the VOIP be
DHCP.

I've been told the router needs RTP (Real Time Protocol) support for
this to be reliable. Do either of the MS wireless routers provide RTP
support? If not, or if it's not reliable, what other inexpensive
routers should I look at?

Thanks!
andrew

The firmware for the Mn500 hasn't been updated.

Only the firmware for the MN700 has been updated, along with the MS BNU
software.
