Okay,
I have a stand a lone Windows 2003 server with two NICs. One for direct
connection to the internet and the other connects to a storage system device.
I have set up the DHCP and it picks up the storage system device and assigns
it an address. I can ping the address 192.168.0.17 and get a reply.

However, when I go to My Network Places and browse through the entire
network I only see my Windows 2003 server and nothing else. How can I get it
to where I see the storage device as well?

Okay,
It's working now. I went into TCP/IP properties of the internal NIC and
went to WINS and there I enable NetBIOS over TCP/IP.
