I get the following error on a W2k3 DC that is FSMO and Master Browser. I
dcpromoed down Monster yesterday, successfully. It is now member W2k3 box
with ISA2004, 2 nics. I don't have a Time Server configured. I checked
registry on DC and master browser is set to TRUE. Other W2k3 box master
browser is set to FALSE. Why do I continue to get this error on DC?

That error message is more like an information (although it clogs the log
file). All it says is that you already know: MONSTER is now the master
browser, hence the other DC complains it cannot become one.

I would live with it. As long as only DCs can become elected as master
browser, you should be fine. If it really bothers you, stop the browser
service on the other DC. But then, in case MONSTER fails, you will not have
redundancy.
