MRTG-like graphs per IP address, sniffed?

I'd like to monitor subnets of static IPs. I have a number of MRTG
graphs in place now, using a mix of SNMP to graph traffic stats from
devices and routers and other simple scripts to check ping time, etc.

What I really want are traffic graphs per IP address, measuring their
Internet traffic. Not all are easily measurable directly with SNMP.
I'd like to put some kind of a sniffing computer in line with the
routers (or via hubs).

Does this program exist?
