MRT File Format

I'm after routing tables dumps to run IP lookup simulation, the IPMA
Project website would have been prefect, unfortunately the project
appears to be dead and all the data archive are gone. Then I found the
Route Views Project website, it contains hugh collection of data in
..rib extension. The .rib files are actually saved in MRT file format,
which leads me to the MRT Project website, but there's no
documentation in regards to file format.

Would anyone shed some light on how to interpret MRT files? Thanks in
advance for your input.

Peter
