MPREXE.EXE

I am a home user connected to the Internet by cable modem,
do I need the file MPREXE.EXE for Internet connections or
can I delete it?

In any circumstance you MUST NOT touch the MPREXE.EXE file (unless you are a
guru with ample knowledge about the windows' inner magic - in which case you
wouldn't ask here).
