MPRAPI.DLL not found

I have been trying to install a D-Link DWL-G630 wireless card
on a W98SE OS laptop.

I keep getting "A required .DLL file, MPRAPI.DLL was not found" Error
Starting Program window.

I have removed and re-installed IE6 SP1 several times

I have removed Symantec Antivirus before installing card.
Disabled all network adapters before installing card.

D-Link support can not help.

My 3COM LAN Cardbus adapter card works fine.

Any help would be appreciated.

This file does not ship with Win98. Is Win98 a supported operating system
for this device? If so, the manufacturer should provide any files that are
not included with Win98 because if required, every person with Win98 will
need it. The file is included with Windows NT, Windows 2000 and WinXP.
