I think you're a bit confused there - you can't get a -GPU- with an
onboard NIC - they are two separate things, different parts of the
computer. You CAN get a -video grabber- card which does MPEG encoding,
but it's unlikely that it'll do 4 - it's been a while since I looked
into such things, but I think that for some reason, they stopped at 2.
The framebuffer is of the -video card's-, not the GPU - that is a
processor, similar to your Athlon or Pentium or whatever, it uses the
framebuffer to draw the image to.
Look into vlc -
www.vlc.com , and see whether it's what you need.
