MP101 Wireless Digital Music Player

I purchased this device today and attempted to set it up.
It can see my network fine and I have set up the
encryption code to match my Microsoft wireless router.
However, when it atttempts to connect to the netgear
Music Server on my PC it says that it can't find it. The
people at Netgear were no help at all. They immediately
blame microsoft.

Any advice?!?!?

Is this 101 thing a b or a g device? which MS wireless router do you
have?
