Moving the Home Folder

All my users' "My Documents" are on a centralized network location. I'm
running Server 2003 and all users have XP Pro(sp1 or sp2). On the server, I
have all my users' "Home Folder" connected to that shared network location.
But the volume is now approaching full capacity so I need to move some of
them to a new volume. I changed the "Home Folder" location (in the Profile
tab of User Properties) for my users but their "My Documents" are still
pointing at the old places. I've also tried using folder redirection
through group policy but still won't work. It also seems that once a user's
My Documents has been setup on the network, it can't be changed. Any advise
is much appreciated. Thanks!

Hmmm:

1. Home Folders and My Documents are not the same thing:

http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;298403

2. On an XP machine try gpudate /force:

3. Edit the registry:
