We have a remote office that has one server that is their forest and domain
controller. We would like to move the domain and controller into our
corporate forest. What are the steps to take in order to accomplish this?

Thanks

Do you want them to be in a child domain of your domain or do you want them
added to your domain, or do you want them to be a separate tree in your
forest?

Child domain?
Either run dcpromo on their AD DC to remove AD (you will loose all user
accounts in this domain) then run dcpromo a second time to add it to the
forest as a child domain.
Or
Set up their child domain on a separate server in your forest and create a
trust between their domain and your child domain and use ADMT to move users
from one domain to the other.
The two domains can't have the same name if you want to create a trust
between them.

Added to your domain?
Set up a trust and use ADMT to move users from one domain to the other.

Added as a separate tree in your forest?
You can pretty much use the steps for adding a child domain.
