I don't see any problem with it, it wasn't recommended on in Win2K

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/255134). There is some recommendation to
supply some credentials somewhere in the DHCP configuration. I can't
remember what it is for or find a reference to it, but you will see events
in the event log about it every time the DHCP Server service starts.
