Thank you for this reply as well. I shouldn't be having too many
difficulties with this. I am moving my DHCP Databases from a Win2K3 server
to a Win2k3 server. Once all FSMO's, DHCP Db's, DNS replication, Scripts,
etc... have been taken into account I will run dcpromo against it to drop it
from the network as a DC and be done with it.
