Moving between VLAN's with DHCP leases

Problem is simple but I have not found a good solution.

We have like 15 VLANs with DHCP and superscopes set up. Helper
addresses on each subnet.

Laptop users that like to move around alot.

They pick up a lease, then move. DHCP find a lease for their mac and
gives them back their IP address. To bad its on a different VLAN - no
more connectivity.

Only option we have found is to ipconfig /release which would be fine,
except they are not administrators and can't run ipconfig.

Seems to be a common problem - but have not found an automated
solution... perhaps a compiled vb with built in "run as" that runs
ipconfig /release??

Maybe ipconfig /release in the group policy shutdown script??

Thoughts suggestions?

Get rid of the Superscopes! That is not what they are for. They are for
Multi-netting (a thing of the past),..you are not multi-netting.

Move the Scopes out of the Superscope and run them as separate distinct
scopes. The superscope will cease to exist after the last scope is removed
from it. Then your machine will work as expected.
