I would like to use one mouse that shares more than one
monitor. The mouse would be able to go between monitors
that sit on my desk. How can I do this . I know it can be
done because I have seen it in other computer room.

WEll this is the wrong newsgroup for that question. This newsgroup is
for the Microsoft networking hardware only. That is not networking
hardware at all that you are interested in.

well, the poster might have thought that it was done via networking?!

In any case, what you want is a "KVM" switch (keyboard, mouse, video
switch). I am sure if you search using Google you will find a zillion other
resources and possibly suggestions of online purchase.
