I have just bought a Motorola wn825g wireless card for my dual boot
laptop. I installed the ndiswrapper drivers, and everything works
fine... iwconfig shows the adapter and all, but the problem is, I cant
get the power led to light up. Ive tried cardctl reset, but that
doesnt work. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Heres some more info:

running kernel 2.4.28 on a hp pavillion xt155 laptop

I also see this message popup in syslog:

Jan 17 18:20:16 laptop kernel: i8253 count too high! resetting..
Jan 17 18:23:33 laptop kernel: i8253 count too high! resetting..

And I also cant get the onboard natsemi nic working now (it worked fine
on kernel 2.4.18)
