Motorola VT2442 red light blnks.

I have been trying to find out why the red light on this modem is blinking
when it usually is not on at all. Anyone know what is happening?

Modem ?

Note the name of this News Group "Routers"

If is a Cable Modem post in; news:comp.dcom.modems.cable
If it is a DSL Modem post in; news:comp.dcom.xdsl

Otherwise contact Motorola.
