Motorola Canopy Problem

I'm asking for any help in trubleshooting this problem.

I just switched from a 2.4 GHz WISP to a Motorola Canopy WISP.

The Canopy system works great 90% of the time. But 10% of the time all
web surfing stops, "page cannot be found" errors fill the IE browser
windows. But web applications that are alreay running (like online
Poker and java updating sports scoreboards) continue to work and
receive data. Then, 5 - 10 minutes later the web pages work again.

I've scanned for viruses, spyware, etc. It never did this a week ago
with the 2.4 GHz WISP. Something on the Canopy side?
