Three Questions Moris will never answer:

1. Moris has stated repeatedly that SPEWS is illegal. What law or
regulation are they in violation of?

2. Moris has stated repeatedly that the operators of SPEWS are
criminals. Where is the Proof of the convictions?

3. Moris has stated repeatedly that SPEWS is a fraud. Exactly
what is fraudulent about it?

According to Moris we must allow Spam on all Mail Servers from known Spam
Hosts that don't Enforce their own TOS/AUP against Spammers they Host in
order to allow some Legit Email from those same Spam Hosts.

Blocklists do not Block ANY Emails, they are just a List of Spam Sources.

But the Administrators that Voluntarily use the 600+ Blocklists like SPEWS
on their Mail Servers do Block Email.

And when a Spammer's Netspace is Blocklisted, the Spam Hosts just assigns
the Spammer New Unblocked Netspace that hurts their Non Spamming Clients
in that Netspace when it too is Blocklisted.

Or moves their Non Spamming Clients into Blocked Netspace because the
Unblocked Netspace is too Valuable to waste on their Non Spamming Clients.

This has the effect of making their Non Spamming Clients a sort of Human
Shield against Blocklists!

Would you condone this from YOUR Host?:?0

The Blocklisted Spam Hosts have been reported for NOT taking steps to
prevent Spam from their Netspace, NOT Acting on Complaints, or NOT
Enforcing their own TOS/AUP on Spammers.

The Spam Hosts have brought it upon themselves and their Non Spamming
Clients who suffer for their Hosts actions of supporting Spam.

And yet Moris blames Blocklists like SPEWS rather than the Spam Hosts who
were BANNED by other Networks for Abusing their Mail Servers!:?0

Doesn't sound Logical does it?:?)

But that's "The Logic of Moris"!:?)

It all boils down to the Spam Hosts have Violated the the TOS/AUP of other
Network Mail Servers who use Blocklists to prevent further Abuse of their
Servers.

And where would we be without Blacklists & Blocklists you might ask?

Mail Servers would likely track Spammers themselves via the SBL and the
spam they receive.

Then they would start dropping entire Networks into Router or Firewall
DENY Access Control Lists.

And lists like that are a lot harder to get out of!
