More "Features" Less £££?

I've been with PlusNet since about 2003, and have really now had enough
of them.

Whilst looking at alternative ISPs, most now seem to offer Phone Call
bundles as well, being a very light user on the phone I doubt I'd save
any money going this way (I think my last bill I'd spent less than £10
in calls).

But with some ISPs it seems that if you have Broadband on its own its
more expenive than Broadband+Calls.

I'm on an exchange that according to Samknows had no LLU what so ever so
how does this add up??

in some cases the latter may be provided by a different business, that
may sail under the same flag. In others they're hoping to make loads
of money out of all the non-inclusive calls made.

In at least one case it costs more to call the ISP's own helpdesk on
their calls package than it does using BT :-)
