Monitoring Web Usage

Hi all,

I have a network where the customer wants to monitor web usage on the
network. I *plan* on building a linux box, with two network cards
(non-NAT), which will sit between the network and the gateway, so it
can sniff all traffic passing through. Can anyone recommend a piece of
software which will sniff the traffic (that's the easy part!), but
which will also do reverse-DNS (so I know which sites they've been to),
and will also give me an easy-to-understand report when I'm done
(easy-to-understand because ultimately, it will end up with someone
non-technical). Preferably things like bandwidth-per-site,
hits-per-site, etc, will be available, and I would like to be able to
filter by user/by site, etc. I've searched sourceforge.net, and
googled, but I'm not coming up with much (Ethereal is great, but I
can't get a desirable output from it, because it's a little
complex-looking for my needs).

TIA,
DSt.
