Monitoring server logons

Hello,
I would like to monitor when each administrator has logged onto a server and
what IP address has used. Is there any way to take those statistics without
using a third-party software, or do I have to use some utility already
available on Windows 2003 Server?
I could really use some help on this.

Thanks a lot!
