ideally your router would provide stats and you look at those - either via a
web page or using a monitoring tool such as SNMP.
however cannot do it on my Netgear, although some brands claim to support
SNMP.

if you can filter the bandwidth usage with whatever utility you use and tell
it to ignore "stuff" on your LAN, then you will get a reasonably accurate
number for each PC.
For example, my home LAN uses 192.168.0 255.255.255.0, so anything else is
probably going out to the Internet.
Or maybe configure to only monitor packet between your PC and the router MAC
address?
