windows 2003 has stopped sending usage and performance reports. I have tried
set up monitoring reports and alerts but i still dont recieve the reports or
alerts?

any ideas what would cause this? the e-mail address is a valid e-mail
address and the user is a member of the appropriate group.

The Messenger service must be turned on for this.

Ensure AntiVirus software is blocking outbound ports.

antivirus and firewall not blocking ports.
