Monitor ports & their processes?

Hi folks,
I'm trying to do a little detective work here. I have two servers that are
hogging bandwidth. I've ran ethereal, and see a lot of traffic back and forth
between both 2003 servers on ports 1039 and 4514.

Is there a way to monitor what processes (programs) are running on those
ports when my traffic is high, so I can find my bandwidth hog programs?

Thank you,
Ed
