Modem setup question Linux

I have a Linksys wrt54g wireless router hooked to a Westell 1600 DSL modem.
The modem is acting as a bridge. I'm trying to reset my modem's firewall
settings but everytime I try to get into the setup of the modem it takes me
to the Linksys. Since they both have the same setup address,
(http://192.168.1.1) how do I get into the modem alone? I really don't want
to reset the modem because it does take a little doing to get it back to
the bridge mode.

Any clues?

Mandrake linux 2005 LE

Thanks
Rich

Why not change the routers ip address to something like 192.168.2.1?

Can't you log into the router using the web interface??? Then change
the default ip address...
