Modem-Router Hamlet hrdsl640

Hi everyone, I need help for my hamlet modem-router HRDSL640.
I've visited hamletcom site and downloaded the new firmware (i think v 1.02
or something similar) and installed it, but the modem doesn't seem to like
it at all. At this moment, my modem is only able to be tricked via ftp, it
doesn't connect to line nor cannot be accessed by http gui, so I need
someone able to save his firmware and send it to me via email so i can
reprogram it....(i think that version should be about 4.1.0.38, don't
remember much). Or someone that will post a link to download it.
