Anybody using the 4 port modem/router sold by e-buyer ?
Whats the verdict ? Reviews seem good but anybody here use one?
Any hints/tips on setup

Bought the Origo from Scan computers on Saturday just a little cheaper

problems at all Just has good has any costing three times the price.

I received one of these instead of the wireless version (the box was correct
but the non-wireless version was in the box!)
While I wait for Ebuyer to give me a return number (they are VERY slow) I
plugged this modem/router in and it worked first time. Excellent value!

Yes, excellent value - it just works fine, but be sure to check out
the tech support forum mentioned in the other post so that you set it
up securely (its default isn't secure).

It hasn't got some of the advanced features of some of the more
expensive devices (I was considering the Vigor 2600), but for £30 (as
it was a while back when I got one), it's really a bargain.

I've not found myself wanting for the additional facilities in the
Vigor 2600 as I though I might have done either.

Change the password and run Zone alarm on all machines connected to it
and bob's your uncle .
