Modem to Modem Connection

Hello,
liked getting in from home (XP Prof.) to the office (Wi98) over modem (and
TCP)
Have activated DFÜ server in the office with password. From home I dial by
means of DFÜ connection,
however, come always only to the user name and password query! Then is
"Check User u.Passwort".
What could be the problem?
