It sounds a pretty crazy scheme, but it is possible. You would need to
set up RRAS in your server as a remote access server and NAT router. The NAT
setup can be tricky, depending on what sort of broadband connection you
have. The broadband connction must appear as an interface in the RRAS
console so that you can allocate it as the public interface for NAT. If it
is PPPoE you can use the PPPoE option in RRAS.
In NAT you would need to add the internal interface (ie the interface
that the remote connects to) as a private interface in NAT.
When the remote connects it can access the Internet through RRAS/NAT on
the server.
