mobile phone web filter ?

I am wondering if there are any websites that fit this description.

Say there is a website which you would like to see some of it's basic
content, but you don't care about the pictures, or even half the stuff
at the bottom of the site, we'll refer to this as the desired site.

Then there is another site we'll refer to as the rendering site. You
go to the rendering site with your phone and enter the URL of the
desired site. It will then render as much of the content as it can
without the images and so on so you can see it on your phone. Any such
beast out there ?
