mn700 lag issue

Hi

I have noticed a problem with my mn700, and wondered if anyone else
has experienced it.

My pc has 2 users set up on it (xp sp1) me and my wife.

When connecting to the internet on my user account, it works fine. No
problems, seems to connect ok.

When I switch users, and use my wife's account, the internet
connection is very slow. IE even seems to start up slowly.
Connections seem to hang for awhile before completing. If I use
netscape, instead of IE, it's not as bad, but the web pages still seem
much slower than if I toggle over and use my account.

Both accounts are set up as having admin access. PC is wired to
router.


My IP address is static. DHCP is enabled on router. On the PC, in
network connections I have it getting the IP address automatically.

Anyone else have this problem, or maybe know what is wrong?
