I too was having droped/missing internet connection problems.
I spent 1 hour the other day trying to explain this to a support
person in India? Most of this time I was on hold because all the
support person was doing was following a script and couldnt handle any
variations from it. If he spoke better English we would have gotten
futher.
But back to the answere.
I had the MS broadband Utility installed on both my laptop and my main
computer. I hardly ever turn my main computer on since buying my
laptop. I uninstalled the MS broadband utility from my laptop and
havent had to reset the MN700 in two days

This is with still
keeping the main computer off. Hopefully this has solved my
droped/missing internet connection problem Ive beed dealing with since
January 4th !
