Are there any MN700 base station settings available to
reduce 2.4 phone interference - dropping signal?

No, you're running on the same frequency as the cordless phones. You could
try dropping the MN-700 to Channel 1 and setting your phones to as high a
channel as they can go (if adjustable, some aren't).
