mn520 wireless adapter

after download/installing wireless microsoft broadband
utility everything works fine until i restart...then it
takes forever to get online; email works regardless
(weird) and after i get online the pages will not fully
load and the control panel items will not initiate until
i remove the program and the adapter installations...????
