MN520-51.sys file needed

I have a MN520 notebook adapter that worked fine for over
a year until I installed the SP2 a few months ago. Now
my Compaq notebook does not recognize the adapter. When
I try to install the driver manually, it says I need the
MN520-51.sys file from the installation CD, but that file
is not on the CD. Any suggestions besides throwing away
this adapter and buying a non-microsoft notebook
adapter?
