mn510 HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111

I have a MN 500, connected to my cable modem and works
great. I am using MN520 on my Dell laptop. I have the
MN510 (USB adapter) on this desktop in spare bedroom.
Everything works just as it should except the 510 on this
Gateway desktop. I have all the setting in, but when
computer is turned off or restarted, the computer doesnt
recognize the USB adapter. I have to unplug and re-plug
in the USB adapter and then it immediately connects to my
wireless network and works perfectly....until computer is
restarted or shut down. ANy clues here???? dont know
what to do. Thanks for any help.

Update the BIOS on your motherboard as it is outdated and has a bug in
it's USB support. If it is an off board USB card update the BIOS in the
card as well as the motherboard. Your third option is replace the
hardware that has the bug in the USB support.
