After loading the utility software and connecting the base
station exactly as per setup instructions, the broadband
signal will not pass beyond the base station. All lights
on the base station are green, I have disabled all
adapters except the network card, changed cables, verified
that IP addresses are valid on the utility etc. There is
no problem connecting directly between the ISP modem and
computer, and the router utility verifies a good internet
connnection. Obviously the wireless router is the problem,
however I cannot access the management utility to
configure. I'm at the end of my rope, unless someone has
an idea as to a solution. Thanks.

Go to the router through http://192.168.2.1? The default
password is admin -- does it show you are connected to
the Internet? Otherwise you need to configure the WAN
settings.

Then, on the PCs, are you getting an 192.168.2.x IP? Is
the gateway and DNS 192.168.2.1? If not set the PC to
obtain a dynamic IP and DNS.

Try disabling WEP on both the router and the adapter
card, setup the wireless, and once working add WEP. Make
sure SSID broadcast is turned ON on the router.
