MN100 is not acting right

This just started on my MN100. Before I use to see all the activity lights
on each port be independent depending on traffic for each port (port 1-4)
now no matter which port is active at one time all ports show activity at
the same time. In other words my MN100 is acting more like a hub instead of
a switch like it use too. Is there any fix for this? I did a soft reboot
but still the same thing.

I did a reset on the router and it's back to normal. Still curious what
would cause it to act like a hub?
