I have been corresponding with Barb Bowman the last
couple of days on my MN 700 slowing down and dropping the
Internet.
Today I was advised by Microsoft Tech support that there
is no remedy to this problem. They feel that there is a
build up of electrical interference that causes the Base
Station to constantly "recall packets" and re send
packets of information thus slowing down and eventually
it is unable to keep up and drops the internet connection.
I was further advised to purchase a different product as
there will be no fix to my problem.
Thanks for you help Barb.

>> It could easily be the phones. A firmware update won't
solve this one.
>> Consider a 900MHz phone or a 5GHz phone instead of
2.4GHz.
