Hi, I just purchased 2 MN-740's, I'd like to configure
them but don't have an XBOX (sorry). Is there anyway to
configure them with my PC?

I just ran the AutoUpdate utility from the MS Website -
and it worked like a charm, found the MN-740's and updated
the firmware. The new firmware is supposed to support the
option to not require broadcast SSID's from the WLAN.

Thanks

Unfortunately, you'll need to find someone with an XBox to configure it.

Thanks for confirming - that's what I figured I'd have to
do, I was hoping I could telnet into it or run a "utility
from the OEM". Any idea who actually makes this for MS?
