Have you upgraded the firmware for both the MN740 and MN700?
If not, I'd recommend you get the latest firmware
Goto
http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/br...Downloads.aspx
Select MN700
Download the msbndownload.exe file
It has the updates for both the MN700/740 and any other MS networking
hardware on your network.
