MN-720 Fails to maintain wireless connection

My brother and I bought the combo pack with the wireless
router, and wireless card. It worked perfectly for about
two months and then last week, the wireless card
repeatedly drops connection with the base station. It
happens every minute or so.

We've done many of the things found throughout this
discussion page. Turning off the 802.1x security since
we're using WEP...changing the channels...setting the
lease time to 2 weeks...ensuring that all the other
settings are right.

Is there something simple to fix this, or is it screwed?

We did that once, just by unplugging it, and then plugging
it back in, also reset the base station through the base
station manager software.

so you are saying that 802.1x is off on the clients which use WEP, you've
reset the base station and set it up from scratch and you are sti;; getting
dropped every minute?

can you post your base station log please?

Did you guys bought a 2.$ Ghz Cordless phone recently, or
something else that might be producing interference in
your environment? I have experienced sothing similar and
by removing the cordless phone from the environment
supposedly fixed the problem.

I have seen posts from others who are having connectivity problems
that seem to be coupled with probes/attack activity such as your log
is reporting. I don't have a solution for you, although I've sent
various such logs in to the developers. I can only suggest trying a
complete reset once to see if that fixes your problem. If it doesn't,
you still might be able to exchange the hardware for a different brand
if it is as new as you state.
