MN-710: No Power Light

Trying to set up an MN-7210 wireless adaptor to PC running
Windows 98. Software install went fine, but when I
plugged in the USB, power light did not go on and computer
freezed up. Hardware devices show USB ports are working
OK. Don't know what to do from here.

Plug in the MN-710 FIRST, then install.
